Red Wine Quixote Malbec Cabernet Franc from vineyards cultivated on limestone, sandy loam soils with a basic pH, and the peculiarity of having a high concentration of lithium ions.
This wine is made in the Casa del Blanco estate, a winery in Manzanares (Ciudad Real) that in just 20 years has achieved the "Vino de Pago" designation thanks to research and study of the different microclimates where they grow their grape varieties.
The wine ferments for 9 days at 25ºC in stainless steel tanks. It continues with the maceration process for 10 days. And then ages for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 14º and 16º.
