Ruda Ensamblaje is very lively color and well covered, with a pleasant aroma rich in nuances, with a good aging of its fruits giving variety in its elegant and intense flavor. It is made from 100% Tempranillo.

The Ruda Ensamblaje Red Wine is fermented in a controlled ageing of 6 months in new French and American oak barrels. Controlled temperature and humidity throughout the process. The end a worked exercise of coupage followed by bottle aging for a minimum of 12 months.

Gastronomic recommendations
Specially suitable to accompany stews, cured cheeses, meats and game, with which you can enjoy the red wine Ruda Ensamblaje. Its consumption temperature ranges between 14 ºC and 16 ºC.
