The Pagos del Rey Winery presents the Red Wine Canta Mañanas from the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin (Spain), made from the 100% Tempranillo (Tinta del País) grape varieties.

This wine embodies the essence of mornings in the vineyards, where the rooster's melody announces a new day full of promises and possibilities. Canta Mañanas is a tribute to those unique and delicate moments that mark the beginning of each day.

To fully enjoy its qualities, it is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of 15-16ºC. The grapes that make up Canta Mañanas are carefully selected and fermented at a controlled temperature of 22ºC. Before fermentation, it undergoes a 2-day pre-fermentative maceration period, which allows for the extraction of the maximum aromatic potential, as well as ensuring the characteristic color and polished tannins that define this wine.

The Canta Mañanas 2022 has been awarded the gold medal at the 2023 Baco Awards, highlighting its quality and the winery's dedication in its production.

In the last 30 years, the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin has emerged as one of the most prestigious wine regions in Spain, vying for the title of the best wine-producing region. Located on the northern plateau, this designation covers four provinces of Castilla y León: Burgos, Segovia, Soria, and Valladolid.

Since acquiring its DO title in 1982, Ribera del Duero has grown significantly, now hosting more than 250 wineries and over 22,000 hectares of vineyards. Most of the production is focused on red wines, with a small proportion of rosés.

If you have any doubts when buying Red Wine Canta Mañanas, please contact the sommelier of our online store and they will advise you without obligation.
