'Red Wine Verses from Valtuille'

The Versos de Valtuille Red Wine is a young red wine belonging to the Bierzo D.O. and made with 100% Mencía grape variety. Decanter 91 points / 92 Wine&Spirit Magazine

Its winemaking process has been carried out by Estevez Bodegas y Viñedos, resulting in a quality young red wine with all the essence of Bierzo D.O. wines. The process begins with a selection of high-quality table grapes and remains macerating for 4 to 5 days in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to achieve maximum extraction of aromas.

Next, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place. Once finished, the wine is uncovered and stored in wooden truncated conical tanks with a capacity of 7550 liters, undergoing natural micro-oxygenation to smooth its tannins and enhance its bouquet.
