RED WINE VIÑA POMAL RESERVA

Viña Pomal embodies the best winemaking tradition of the Rioja Alta, more than 100 years of tradition and tradition in the municipality of Haro.the grapes were destemmed and subsequently macerated cold. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in American oak barrels for 14 months with 2 or 3 rackings. It remained in bottle 24 months more before its commercialization.

Ideal consumption: Between 2011 and 2020.

Serving temperature: 16 to 18ºC. Decanting is not necessary.
