INDICATIONS:
Resveratrol is a substance produced by some plants. Resveratrol is a phytoalexin, an enzymatic protein that can extend the life expectancy of organisms. It is present in walnuts, almonds, peanuts, and some types of blueberries, especially in black and red ones. It is also found in high amounts in black grapes and therefore appears in red wine and grape must. In grapes, it is mainly found in the seeds and skin. This is why red wines are richer in resveratrol than white wines, as they spend more time in contact with the grape.
