Variety: 75% Macabeo, 25% Chardonnay.
Bottle ageing: 17 months in rhyme.




Characteristics: It is characterized by its lemon yellow colour. Clean and bright. Abundant release of carbon dioxide, highlighting the elegance of its fine bubbles. On the nose the fine aromas of citrus fruits stand out, mixed over a background of nuts and aromas of aging. Its long aging gives it a good structure in the mouth, but retaining the fresh and smooth tastes that give it its particular bouquet.



Serving temperature: 6-8º C.
