Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes with an aging of 15 months in American and French oak barrels, which gives this wine a great aromatic intensity very penetrating and at the same time very fresh. The nose is reminiscent of black fruits such as blackberry, with balsamic notes and a vanilla finish. In the mouth it is a wine with structure, powerful and tasty, with a very marked acidity and at the same time very balanced. Destemmed wine, cold macerated for 4 days.
