The Ecobovis beef rib is a cut full of juiciness and texture, which consists of alternate layers of meat, a slight vein of fat, and connective tissue or collagen attached to the bone, which is why the best cooking option is slowly and at low temperature.
At Ecobovis we cook our organic grass-fed beef ribs at low temperature for 24 hours, in order to extract all the collagen and turn it into gelatin, so that each bite of melty and juicy texture is delicious.
INGREDIENTS
Organic beef rib (99%), olive oil, sea salt.
PREPARATION
Microwave: Puncturing the container with two or three holes, heat for about 4 to 5 minutes at maximum power, until reaching 65ºC inside.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180, remove from packaging and transfer to a baking dish, bake for approximately 12 minutes, until reaching 65ºC inside.
