Our organic pistachio plantation consists of 3,628 trees of the Kerman variety, grown on our farm "La Rosala" using practices to ensure their healthy growth and respect for the environment. How do our pistachios differ from Iranian and Californian pistachios? The difference lies in the flavor and size: Californian pistachios have a milder flavor and are larger, while Iranian pistachios have a more intense flavor but are smaller. And ours? Isn't it true that when you buy a bag of pistachios from other origins, they tend to feel dry and you even find some damaged ones? When we harvest our organic pistachios, we process them within 24 hours to prevent this and to ensure that the shell remains intact and retains all its properties. Maximum 1 day from our trees to our factory, where we store them in refrigerated chambers at 6-8ºC and 65% humidity, which keeps these pistachios fresh throughout the year. And then? We oven-roast them using traditional methods, spreading them on pastry trays so that they do not overlap, with the perfect touch of salt and paprika from Vera. Discover them!
