Ingredients: Spring salt and wine from Garnachas Centenarias del Campo de Borja. It is made in an artisan way, without preservatives or colorants.


The Gourmet Salt has an intense aroma and crunchy texture that blends perfectly with the cuisine of yesterday and today. Naturally enhances the flavor of food, spices and adds a touch of distinction and makes your dishes more special.





We recommend it with:


Mushrooms and mushrooms grilled, in stews or sautéed.
Carpaccios of meat, mushrooms or fruit (pineapple, orange, strawberries, grapefruit).
Grilled foie gras, micuit or duck mousse.
