Picaro de Aguila comes from old vines in La Aguilera, located at an altitude of about 860 meters above sea level. The soils are red clay with pebbles and are located on north-facing slopes, facing the valley of the Gromejón river. Although dominated by Tempranillo, this wine also has other red and white varieties such as Garnacha, Bobal and Tempranillo gris
