Ron Diplomatico Single Vintage is made from a delicate selection of exclusive rum reserves, from the year declared in each edition.
The rums are distilled separately in copper stills and in Batch Kettle, providing an exceptional character. They are then aged for twelve years in casks that served for the aging of Bourbon and malt whisky.
After the aging process, the rum-master joins in variable proportions, trying to obtain the structure, body, personality, flavors and aromas he seeks. Finally, the rum is transferred to Spanish sherry casks that provide a perfect finish.
Ron diplomatico Single Vintage is golden and deep amber color.
Light notes of spices, vanilla, caramel, almonds and nuts.
Rich, silky and incredibly delicious flavor. Caramel, oak, vanilla, nutmeg, tobacco and dried apricots. Soft and round, with a durable and deep finish.
