The Rosé Wine Quelías Rosé belongs to the Bodega Sinforiano and has a Denomination of Origin Cigales. Made from grapes 50% Albillo, 30% Garnacha, 10% Tempranillo, 10% Verdejo.

Average age of the vineyards: 55 years, selected plots of chalky-stony soils.

Making: 100% free-run juice. Macerated for a few hours in cold and fermented in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature and then subjected to aging on its lees for 5 months.
