It is collected by bees in the flowers of rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis). It has a mild flavor, although at the moment we notice on the palate the plant from which it comes, sweet and very aromatic. It is harvested in central and southern Spain
We know that a honey is from one plant (monofloral) when we certify analytically that the honey is composed mainly of that plant. Our careful extraction process is very simple in order to respect and preserve the properties and flavour of the honey as it is produced by the bees
