Our rosemary honey is harvested between April and May in the Maestrazgo region (Teruel), in an area declared by the European Union as ZEPA (Special Protection Area for Birds) and at an altitude between 700 and 1000 meters

It has a light and mild flavor, sometimes with slight acidic notes. Its colour is light amber, almost transparent yellow, becoming white when crystallized
