RUCULA

It is a plant with a strong odor and spicy flavor, of which the leaves and stems are consumed, especially in salads.

It is rich in potassium and vitamin C so it has diuretic and digestive properties.

It has many culinary possibilities, it is ideal as an accompaniment to potatoes,  pasta and pizzas, although it is usually consumed fresh in salads.
