Safrà (saffron in Valencian) is a red wine with a white soul. Made partly with the native Mandó, it is today the most original wine of this winery in the Valencian town of Moixent. The use of the Mandó variety allows for a slightly advanced harvest It has been made with part of the whole clusters and very gentle maceration at low temperature. The aging on its lees in earthenware jars complete the uniqueness of this red wine

Safrá (saffron in Valencian) is a blend of Mandó, Monastrell and Garnacha Tintorera from the highest plots of its estate in Les Alcusses (Moixent) at 550 meters above sea level, with a long aging in earthenware jars and vatting in old vats.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and in old or stone vats with 30% whole clusters in both cases indigenous yeast. Malolactic fermentation in vats with lees work. Aged for 6 months in 2800-liter earthenware jars DO Valencia
