Variety: 100% Garnacha red.


Ageing: 8 months in new French oak barrels.


Tasting:
Raspberry red colour. Very intense and frank on the nose. It shows the origin of its terroir, with very fresh aromas of undergrowth, pine and fir. Presence of balsamic notes of eucalyptus, rosemary and laurel. Toasted aromas, baked bread and very pleasant lactic.
In the mouth well balanced and armed, with tactile sensations of very fine tannins, somewhat sharp but very round and well integrated, long and very elegant.
Retronasal of menthol, celery, verbena and new wood. The lactic tones of blackberry yoghurt, blackcurrant and raspberry come through again.




Food pairing: with red meats, carpaccios, big and small game, confits, flavoured stews.
Serving temperature: 14-16ºC.
