Sanclodio joins Carlos Moro's boutique winery group. Vino Blanco Sanclodio (92 points Guía Peñín) is a wine that expresses the particularities of the Avia Valley.
This wine begins its life in the vineyard, in our estates located in the Avia Valley, in Leiro (Ourense), characterized by its marked granitic character. A climate with Atlantic and Mediterranean influences favors the adequate growth on the terraces that form the vineyard. The harvest is done manually in boxes of 18 kilos.
In the winery takes place a measured aging on fine lees and subsequent maturation in steel tanks with periodic stirring.
Made with white grapes of the varieties Treixadura, Godello, Loureira and Albariño.
