Tasting Notes

The friendly acidity and light tannic structure of the wine is complemented by the bitter and sweet nuances of calamodin -one of the most special and perfumed citrus fruits- and the overwhelming aroma of cardamom, used with the right amount of restraint. A silky and integrated carbonic transports us to a very long finish where the ripe fruit of the organic Grenache grape appears in fullness with typical memories of black plum and blackberry with hints of licorice.
