All sardine, comes from the XEITO fishing (HANDCRAFT FISHING CATCHED ONE BY ONE).

It is purchased, exclusively, during the months of June and July, in the best time of fat and size, which allows us to obtain the product at the optimum moment

It is elaborated fresh, roasting it first and then cutting it, it is selected by hand, according to size and it is packed in an artisan way

The sauce, with which it is macerated is in olive oil, with all-natural ingredients, without additives or chemicals
