Artisan longaniza made with Teruel D.O. pork meats to which we have added delicious pieces of boletus, giving it an extraordinary flavor. Stuffed in natural casing and cured naturally at 1573 meters above sea level.

INGREDIENTS: Pork lean, bacon, salt, BOLETUS EDULIS 4%, dextrose, flavors, dextrin, spices, vegetable protein, vegetable concentrates.
