Savola truffle

Although the external appearance is similar to the Lombardy washed-rind cheeses, it is inside that this cheese hides a great secret: the summer truffle. The unique flavour of the truffle is in harmony with the flavours of the matured cheese, giving a unique character to this traditional product. The yellowish coloured paste is sprinkled with pieces of summer truffle. For the palate the texture is elastic and soft, a balanced combination of intense and sophisticated aromas.
