• Dark black with abundant toffee-colored foam and medium/high retention.
• On the nose, roasted notes emerge as it warms up, along with hints of liqueur, cookies, nuts, and a balsamic background.
• On the palate, the initial contact maintains the same structure as on the nose: roasted, liqueur/brandy, cookies, nuts, raisins. Aftertaste: dark chocolate, toffee, caramel, and liqueur-like.
• Pairs well with red meat stews, chocolate desserts, or even strong blue cheese.
