Scone Imperial Stout 33cl

In general Imperial Stout beers are characterized by being black and high alcoholic volume. They have a high malt content that provides a wide range of intense flavors that take us from raisins to roasted fruits, among which chocolate and coffee stand out. Its passage through the mouth is warm and silky, full of nuances. They are beers to be enjoyed without haste. The proposal of Scone in particular is:

• Bright dark black, with abundant toffee-coloured foam formation and medium/high retention
• At first roasted on the nose, as it gets warmer, notes of liqueur, biscuit, dried fruit, and balsamic background emerge.
• On the palate the first contact maintains the same structure as on the nose; roasted, liquor/brandy, biscuit, dried fruits, raisins. Aftertaste: dark chocolate, toffee, caramel
• Would pair well with Greek salad, romaine squid, charcuterie or grilled fish.
