Scone Scotch Ale 33cl

Scone's Scotch Ale could be said to be the little sister of their Barley Wine, sharing 100% of the raw material, although with less alcohol content and a different brewing process. A very prodigal roasted beer:

• Bright dark colour, with a dark brown tone in which reddish, burgundy highlights stand out. Beige coloured, dense and compact foam with great retention
• On the nose first notes of toffee, coffee, banana and chocolate in the background, nuts, and herbal notes
• On the palate toffee, nuts, chocolate. As it tempers, it evolves towards liquorice notes reminiscent of whisky.
• Would pair well with lamb, smoked salmon, Idiazabal cheese or a toffee flan.
