Varieties: Garnacha from old vines.
Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels from Allier.
Tasting notes: Secastilla gives us the opportunity to enjoy the expression of Garnacha from old vines grown at altitude. On the one hand, the concentration of the wine is evident; on the other, we observe the intensity and depth of the wine. It offers us a bright, attractive colour, with a controlled layer, while the nose is powerful, deep and complex with notes of acid red fruit and cocoa powder. In the mouth it shows a smooth attack, with explosion in the centre, volume, flavour, roundness and satisfaction. Undoubtedly, a wine with a long life ahead.
Food pairing: It should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18º C with roasts, stews, red meats and game. Serving temperature: 14-16º C.
