Making and aging
Semele Crianza 2017 is a blend of Tempranillo and Merlot from the Monte Alto estate, a 50-hectare vineyard of 20-year-old vines. The vineyard was planted on clay-limestone soil, at about 850-900 meters above sea level, between the municipalities of Valbuena and Pesquera de Duero.

Semele crianza 2017 Tasting Notes
- View: Semele crianza has a cherry cherry color with ruby rim. Clean and bright.
- Nose: On the nose, it is a clean and intense wine. Aromas of red fruit with notes of sweet spices, toasted and balsamic aromas in the background. Intense memories of red peppers and licorice
- Mouth: In the mouth, it is soft, fresh and with volume. Fruity notes appear. Good acidity and sweet tannins well marked. Long and persistent finish.

Semele Crianza is ideal with cold meats, mushrooms, roasts, roast lamb, legumes, grilled red meats and grilled vegetables.

It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
