Senyoret rice on a wood fire
Paella is the most famous dish of traditional Spanish cuisine worldwide. Originally from Valencia, eastern Spain, there are several classic recipes that, adding to its rice base and making use of the richness and food variety of the area, take advantage of local products from the garden and the sea.
Each pack contains the seafood and broth of an Arroz del Senyoret for 2/3 people.
The cooking of the broth and ingredients is interrupted at the ideal moment so you can give the final finish at home in just 18 minutes, following a few simple steps.
The seafood version is also known as paella del Senyoret (Senyoret's paella in Spanish), given the ease of eating the seafood without the need to peel it.
This paella, takes advantage of the resources of the Mediterranean including prawns, galleys and crabs and small pieces of cuttlefish and peeled shrimp.
El Paeller offers us the possibility to enjoy at home an exquisite paella del senyoret with natural ingredients and the unique flavor of the combustion of the wood of Naranjo with which their broths are made.
By taking advantage of its long paella experience and using natural resources and proximity, El Paeller has built the largest wood-fired workshop in the world where they make their broths and natural preparations in an artisanal way, providing an authentic and unmistakable flavor. Their cooking is interrupted at the ideal moment so that you can give the final finish at home
