Sierra de Jabugo 75% Iberian acorn-fed shoulder of pork

These shoulders come from 75% Iberian breed pigs reared extensively (semi-free range in dehesa), which were fed with acorns during the "montanera"

The pieces are cured for approximately 2 years in the natural drying sheds of the Sierra de Huelva.

The traceability throughout the production process is controlled by an external certifier.
