Siete Cuartales Crianza

The Siete Cuartales Crianza variety is a Bierzo round, silky and pleasant on the palate with 14.5 percent alcohol content. It has a nice cherry red color, covered and bright, with a suggestive aroma of blackberry, blueberry, blackcurrant or cherry. The subtle mineral notes conferred by the slate of the Valle Blanco vineyards, well assembled with the cocoa, the spicesand the balsamic touchescarried by the wood of the French oak barrels where the crianza remains for a year before bottling.

The winemakers recommend uncorking the bottle 14 minutes before proceeding with the consumption of an ideal wine to accompany red meats, roasts, game dishes and botillo
