About 100g The Cecina Reserva is a new variant of the exquisite Cecina from León under the quality seal of the Protected Geographical Indication "Cecina de León". The Cecina de León Reserva has over 12 months of aging (up to 22 months) compared to the 7 months of the Cecina de León, with higher fat infiltration as well as lower moisture, a more intense color, and a denser texture. The Cecina de León Reserva Entrepeñas, which has been included in the PGI for years, is distinguished by a definitive label alluding to the name Reserva and the maxim: "More aging, more quality".
