Our Smoked Olive Oil "Finca La Barca" is smoked in the traditional style of the Extremadura region of "La Vera", using first quality holm oak wood. After more than 15 days in the "secadero", the oil obtains smoked nuances that will transport you to a new dimension of flavour and aroma.
The olive variety chosen for the oil is Arbequina, which gives the oil a very fruity touch. All the olives come from our own olive groves located in the province of Toledo, on the banks of the Tagus River.
The elegant 500 ml bottle, sealed with sealing wax, comes in an individual case, which includes a pourer. Each year the amount of oil obtained from the olive grove is bottled, making limited series of bottles.
This special smoked oil has many uses, but is especially recommended to accompany raw meats and fish (carpaccio, steak tartar ...) or baked, salmorejos, rice, and oil-based sauces such as aioli or mayonnaise
