TheSparkling Wine Tarat Shhhhh ofD.O Catalunya from the winery Ferré i Catasús isá elaborated by vines from 10 to 20 years, with grapes Coupatge Syrah and Grenache. Made by controlled fermentation at 16°C, vinification of the varieties separately and double fermentation in a pressure tank for 21 days after blending, it achieves a clean and intense nose with aromas of forest strawberries, blackcurrant, patchouli and red fruits
