Tarat Shhhhh Sparkling Wine
The Tarat Shhhhh Sparkling Wine from Catalunya D.O. by Ferré i Catasús winery is made from vines aged 10 to 20 years, with Syrah and Garnacha grapes. Made through controlled fermentation at 16°C, vinification of the varieties separately and double fermentation in pressurized tanks for 21 days after the blend is made, it achieves a clean and intense aroma profile, with notes of wild strawberries, blackcurrant, sloe berries, and red fruits.
It has a good release of fine bubbles on the palate, with fresh, acidic flavors and wild strawberries. The finish is long and complex.
Service temperature: 6-8°C
It has an alcohol content of 12%.
