Preparation: Clear, fruity, delicate! Harvested from May in the plain region and in the low valley, it is both sweet and very light. It is mainly obtained from bees foraging on flowers from clementine trees, asphodel, thistles, and flowers from the Corsican countryside.

Tasting: To be used for cooking or spreading.

Composition: Natural Corsican honey, artisanal product.
