Spring Salt in flower free of microplastics and marine pollution.
This salt is obtained after a slow evaporation with a southerly wind or very light wind. It is the first crystallization and requires that small crystals are collected floating with care and patience on the surface of the threshing floor. Because of its slow evaporation, it is collected early or late in the day.
The Ancestral flower of salt is particularly rich in magnesium and potassium. It is the ideal salt for finishing dishes as its crystals are fragile and melt and mix evenly on any cooked food or ingredient, giving that last touch so necessary to our food.
For its packaging, in addition to the cardboard box, we use a transparent bag that protects the product. It is made of a very innovative material, made of potato starch, compostable and biodegradable.
