Springfield Methode Ancienne Chardonnay 2012: The Methode Anccienne is one of the oldest styles of Burgundy. Harvested on the night of February 6 to ensure that the highest concentrations of the grape are not lost. Greenish-yellow in color, the nose offers rich aromas of tropical fruit, pear and pineapple, with floral tones. Fresh and complex on the palate, the fruit nuances, well balanced with the oak, lead to a finish with great character.
