Product previously thawed. Homemade croquettes of squid in its ink (50g each) made 100% artisanally, from start to finish, by Iñaki and Xabat, chefs trained at the Basque Culinary Center and founders of the Kroketxea project.

Starting with a selection of high-quality, locally sourced raw materials, the result is a crispy, creamy croquette with a good balance of all its ingredients.
