Bollinos Preñaos are the star appetizer at all parties in Asturias, a bread roll filled with chorizo, popularly known as choripán. We make them with handmade Asturian chorizos made by local producers. Bake and they're ready.
Preparation: Take the bollinos out of the freezer about 30 minutes before baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the bollinos preñaos on the oven tray and bake for 9 minutes.
