Fresh, unpasteurized caviar, capable of awakening all the senses. It is obtained by two extractions per year, in spring and autumn, following the natural cycles of the female sturgeon. It is the standard caviar of excellent quality, with roe of the usual size of Siberian sturgeon (diameter 2.5 to 3mm). Golden Star 2013 at the Superior Taste Award.
