The grapes come from selected vineyards located in the municipality of Requena at 700m. altitude in a place where the Mediterranean and Continental climates combine perfectly.
The clayey and north-facing soils make these grapes reach a balanced maturity, with a soft acidity and a fruity character
Cava Sutra Reserva is ideal to accompany a long menu from start to finish. It pairs perfectly with appetizers, baked meats or fish and desserts with long after-dinner meals.
