Symphonie Rosé Magnum is a rosé wine made by Château Sainte Marguerite in Côtes de Provence from Grenache and Cinsault.

Symphonie Rosé is made by cold pellicular maceration before pressing. Thermoregulated vinification. Ageing in tanks on fine lees. Clarification and filtration before bottling.

Fresh character and a very pure intensity, underlined by notes of white peach and aniseed.
A captivating flavour journey with a crisp and spicy sensation, which excels in its digestibility and freshness. The slightly spicy finish on an aniseed background gives it a very pleasant aromatic persistence.
