TYPE OF WINE- Young red
VINEYARD- In goblet and trellis on soils with silty-loam and clay-loam textures that provide diversity when selecting grapes in the field. All the vineyards are located between 800m and 1100m altitude
WINEMAKING METHOD- After a previous selection of plots, the chosen grapes are harvested by hand to go to the destemming and subsequent cold maceration. After this phase, the fermentation of the two varieties is carried out in the same tank, controlling the parameters that will define the personality of the wine
TASTING REMARKS- presents sensory characters appropriate to its youth, highlighting aromas of red fruit and friendly on the palate
