ORIGEN- Plots located in Alto Túria. DO: VALENCIA.
TYPE- Young white
VINEYARD- In goblet and trellis on soils whose silt-loam and clay-loam textures provide diversity when selecting grapes in the field. All the vineyards are located between 800m and 1100m altitude
WINEMAKING METHOD- After a previous selection of plots, the chosen grapes are harvested by hand. The must is cleaned by flotation. It is then fermented at low temperatures (14-15C) in order to achieve the aromatic expression of the variety
TASTING REMARKS- Pale yellow with greenish reflections, typical of its youth. Medium intensity, but subtle, we perceive primary aromas of floral type with hints of citrus (grapefruit and lemon) and white flowers. In the mouth the sensations of freshness and liveliness stand out, an intrinsic characteristic of the Merseguera cultivated in these lands
RECOMMENDATIONS- As a whole it is light, pleasant and appropriate for tasting anywhere and anytime, alone or with not overly elaborate dishes (fish, white meats, pasta, etc). Always very cold.
