Making: This wine is made from Grenache grapes selected in the vineyard, with an alcohol content around 14º and balanced acidity. 24 hours of cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 8/10 days with indigenous yeasts. The wine is removed from the devatting with its lees while malolactic fermentation takes place spontaneously. Gentle clarification with bentonite and devatting by decantation. Contact with oxygen is avoided. No sulphur is added at any stage of the process.


Tasting notes: Purple in color and of excellent intensity. Its brightness denotes its youth and freshness. With a surprising aroma for its freshness and mixture of red fruits and sweet strawberries. In the mouth it is fresh, agile in its passage, with sweet and fresh notes. The acidity, well balanced with the alcohol, makes it pleasant and with a long aftertaste.
