The pleasure of combining our duo of Auvergne charcuterie with a duo of Cantal beers.

Composed of our two specialties, a dry sausage and a lean dry sausage from Cantal, and two beers from the La Vicoise brand.

Converted brewer, Nicolas' beers are balanced. The bitterness and alcohol are rather low, as is traditional for this style of beer.

Belgian blond ale style beer ,moderately strong golden, with a medium bitterness. A slightly earthy, grassy aroma. A slightly malty flavor and a dry finish.

 

The White Vicoise 4.5°

Witbier style beers, wheat based, flavorful and smooth, elegant and refreshing, with a light coriander aroma. Moderate fruity aroma of orange peel. A faint hop aroma.

 

The Vicoise Rousse 4°

Irish red style amber colored beers, low alcohol, with medium bitterness. A slightly earthy, grassy aroma, a malty flavor.
