The Cricket

Made with Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Merlot, this wine has a deep, deep cherry red colour with a violet rim. Elegant nose, which gains in intensity as it is oxygenated. Aromas of ripe red fruit and spices such as black pepper stand out, with hints of toast in the background, typical of its 14 months in French oak barrels. In the mouth it is a wine with volume, round, with soft tannins typical of a correct maturation. Its balance of alcohol and acidity stands out, which makes it a wine of great density and very easy to drink.
