Le Naturel LAKAR 2020: Intense dark cherry color, with high intensity and liveliness. It is an initial explosion of red fruits, evolving towards more mature notes of black fruit. There are also dairy tones originated during fermentation. Notes of cream, cocoa, and vanilla come from the untoasted oak. Finally, fresh nuances of undergrowth and aromatic plants are perceived, resulting from the integration of the Lakar vineyard in its environment. It has a very mineral nose and extreme complexity, capable of reflecting a multitude of nuances that show the essence and diversity of a magical enclave. It stands out for its enveloping character and its friendliness on the palate, intrinsic attributes of the Garnacha variety. It reflects great density and structure, due to the extreme conditions of its cultivation and the age of the vineyard, which induce very moderate vigor in the plant. They are very small productions, but with grapes that encompass the essence of a heroic vineyard. It has an elegant acidity that balances and accompanies the great structure of the wine throughout its passage in the mouth, faithfully reflecting the characteristic freshness of Garnacha. It is a wine with a very high aging capacity that, like the vine that originates it, transmits balance and great complexity.
